Helen Wallace, Attorney at Law, provides skilled and caring representation to people facing everyday legal problems in the areas of family law, bankruptcy and criminal law. Helen earned her law degree at The George Washington University Law School, consistently ranked one of the best law schools in the United States. While a law student, she clerked for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and the Hamilton County Public Defender's Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before beginning her private practice in 2005, she worked at the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office in Dayton, Ohio where she was a successful trial attorney responsible for all phases of the prosecution of adults and juveniles charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. Helen still prosecutes intermittently as a substitute prosecutor for a local municipality. Helen is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky*, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.*Helen is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Law Forum, the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association, the Stanley Greenberg Family Law Forum and the Kentucky Bar Association.
