Helliemae's fresh, creamy caramels taste like your childhood, even if you've never had them before. Made in small batches with a ridiculous amount of organic butter and cream, Helliemae's caramels are all about nostalgia, amped up with great ingredients and techniques. We make year round and seasonal flavors, and the most popular are Sea Salt, finished with Mediterranean flake salt, and Whiskey Love Bomb, made with Colorado whiskey and bourbon barrel-smoked salt.We also offer small-scale co-packing services, particularly for makers with products that need a lot of hands-on attention, like confections, or who are not yet ready to meet minimum order quantities at larger contract manufacturers.
