A seasoned executive coach who owns and operates HelloYou! Coaching, where I collaborate with CEOs, Directors, and innovative entrepreneurs to increase their effectiveness as business leaders. I previously worked in a variety of corporate senior positions, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges faced by business leaders every day. My proven transformational coaching, workshops, and group masterminds ensure my clients take their foot off the brake and place it firmly on the gas! Through group coaching, private coaching, dynamic keynote presentations, and training sessions, I smash the "I should" mentality and focus on uncovering the unique gifts inside each of us. I hold an MBA, am certified in transformational coaching and change management, served as the Chair of ROAR Canada, and been a guest speaker and trainer at a variety of corporate events. In addition to an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario where I was named to the Dean's honours list, I also hold an MBA with an area of concentration in IT Management, am a certified transformational coach, a certified change management consultant, and have instructed in the field of HR at both the University of Ottawa and Carleton University's Sprott School of Business.
