Photography - Arujá, São Paulo, Brazil
With a degree in System Development, I changed from numbers to people in 2013 when I was invited to participate in the "Decrescimento" lab curated by Italian-Belgian photographer Steve Bisson, director of Urbanautica Institute (Italy), International Institute for Studies in Visual Anthropology and Cultural Landscapes, at FAAP Artistic Residence. This lab culminated in an exhibition at Galeria Virgílio where my work was exhibited in conjunction with other artists from Brazil, France, Italy, and the USA.Since then I've been creating a diverse portrait portfolio, some of them are selected by Photo Vogue curators, italian Vogue's online session. I've also signed the cover of Slightly Off Photozine published in Detroit, United States. As an assistant to Brazilian photographer and documentary filmmaker Renato Stockler, I worked in the production of documentaries and videos for major national awards such as the Prêmeio Empreendedor Social of Folha de São Paulo and Prêmio Citi Jovens Microempreendedores of Citibank, corporate portraits for Itaú Bank, Santander Bank, Época Magazine and TV Bandeirantes.I am currently working on iconographic and documentary research about the Amazon Rain Forest for the Urbanautica Institute (Italy), supported by the personal collection of the Anthropologist Mary Allegretti, Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Director of the Instituto de Estudos Amazônicos (Brazil).
