Heraeus Comvance offers a variety of products and solutions based on fused silica for the manufacturing of optical fibers for telecom applications. Our product portfolio includes large cylinders of synthetic fused silica as cladding for telecom fibers as well as tubes of all sizes and different purities for core rod and preform manufacturing. To prepare our customers for the future, we are also developing products for next-generation optical fibers, specifically hollow-core and multi-core fibers.
