Herban Industries was founded in 2016 by Zander Fields who crafted the original Herban brand, Alexander Fields, for the medical marijuana market in his garage in California. Zander believed that medical marijuana could be both safe and effective. In the Silicon Valley tradition, Zander Fields, pioneered a technology that aims to ensure a consistent dose, independent of ambient temperature, and to reliably accommodate the dosage requirements of most patients. The Fields Multi-dose Battery technology is patent-pending.Various studies have suggested that cannabis may be useful for those suffering from chronic pain, multiple sclerosis spasticity, sleep disruption resulting from neurological disorders, and cancer-related nausea and pain.
