He graduated from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania where he majored in Art History and he is a graduate of the Horace Mann School in Riverdale, New York. He is also a member of The Harmonie Club of New York City and The Beach Point Club located in Mamaroneck, New York. As an author and lecturer on the topics of celebrity Wills and Estate Planning, Herbert Nass frequently appears on television talk shows and news programs as well as for many groups across the United States. Herbert Nass is the author of The 101 Biggest Estate Planning Mistakes (2010) published by John Wiley & Sons and Wills of the Rich and Famous (2000) published by Gramercy Books, a division of Random House.
