HerShe keeps abused and neglected former foster youth -- often at-risk after emancipation with no home or family -- from homelessness, incarceration, unwanted pregnancy, and unemployment. Our mission is accomplished by providing supportive housing, preparing them to successfully transition into adulthood and by creating and maintaining a supportive sanctuary or trauma-sensitive environment that facilitates movement towards healing, growth and change.
