As a shared, co-work space we know tenants look to us to provide a community of like-minded individuals that will inspire. Additionally, at HessBK we also take into consideration your goals and future business goals and focus on providing tenants with a strategically curated community of like-minded, driven entrepreneurs, as well as all of the amenities you need to help your business prosper. We pride ourselves in finding the perfect balance of the community aspect of the offices with quiet, private luxury office settings. Our customers have the choice of bringing their entire team of six people or more for our larger spaces, four or more for our medium-sized spaces, or taking one of our smaller spaces or individual designated desks in separate offices. All of our offices include file cabinets (additional furnishings; whiteboards, etc. provided happily upon request); access to community conference room; 24/7 security surveillance, plenty of natural light, outlets on every wall, and access to industrial printers. Rooms are natural light-filled with large windows, insulated, and quiet, complete with 15' ceilings. Each 112 sq. ft. office has its own private remote-controlled heat/ac unit and mailbox. Also included is access to a kitchen and two lounge areas complete with complimentary premium coffee and teas. There are also two outdoor spaces with bike storage included. HessBK is located just 20 feet from the R train (25th Street stop).
