At this time it was not customary to contract out work for obtaining approval of vehicles. However, this is a speciality requiring a great deal of knowledge of the legislation and its application! A great deal has changed in the meantime. - The European Union is expanding steadily. - Legislation is continually changing. - Export plays an increasingly more important role. HESTOCON keeps close track of these changes. More and more manufacturers are seeing the advantages of contracting out engineering to a specialized office. You are a manufacturer of vehicles.
