The Home-Grown Cannabis Academy teaches consumers worldwide (where it is legal!) to cultivate their own Cannabis plant for personal use in a Safe, Responsible & Cost-Efficient way, supported by science and evidence-based facts in combination with field-tested methodology. While the internet is littered with heaps of information on cultivating cannabis, the HGC Academy focusses on publishing straightforward information for the Home-Growing consumer. Our information is based on authorative and scientific sources like the Good Agricultural Practice guidelines (WHO), the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and experienced affiliates in the legal cannabis industry. Driving force behind the HGC Academy is a Collective of Master Growers that care about Good Cultivation Ethics, quality of the finished product, consumer health and the environment. We have collectively cultivated over 250 different Cannabis strains in various settings, using various methods of cultivation. We want to offer the home-grower only top quality information, no less. Home-Growing the Cannabis plant for personal use can be quite problematic, both for the consumer and society. Although there are a lot of people who cultivate their own Cannabis plant with succes, many attempts fail, resulting in all sorts of problems. These failures push many consumers back into the arms and pockets of illegal street dealers, resulting in even more public nuisance. It consequently endangers both public health and consumer well-being. As a collective, we want to minimize those problems through proper education and information. Education is offered through compact blog posts (500-1000 words) and extensive editorials (>2000 words). New content will be available weekly. We are in the process of developing Master Classes, visual galleries (over 10.000 unique and quality pictures) and instructional video's that will be freely available to the Home-Growing consumer.
