On the basis of its strategic alliance with Hilton Worldwide, HH Developments was born in 2011.. The company has launched a vast program for the development of hotels of this major chain throughout the country. In June 2011, the construction of the first Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Argentina was commenced in the strategic area of Zárate. Recently, an agreement has been executed under the same brand for the purpose of the construction and operation of the Hilton Garden Inn Santa Fe in the most exclusive quarters of the city. Throughout 2012, HH plans to undertake the development of other five Hilton hotels in Iguazú, Neuquén, Rosario, Pilar and Mendoza, negotiations for the two latter being already nearing a deal. Furthermore, the company has embarked on a market research and study program for the development of hotel ventures under different Hilton brands in the main cities of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Santa Fe and Entre Ríos Provinces, in order to build up a wide network of international hotel services within the provinces.
