ABOUT THIS GROUPEstablished in 1994, HHRMA (Hotel Human Resources Manager Association) was embodied by a group of Human Resources practitioners who had an interest in sharing knowledge and concerns to accommodate the needs of business and current trends. Since then the association has actively conduct seminars and trainings to enhance the skills of its members.Today, HHRMA Indonesia is a well known association that coordinates voices on the enhancement and promotion of the profession across Jakarta, through established and credible designations, collaborating on national issues related to the profession, leading federal government relations, and proactively positioning the human resources agenda at the across the city.Vision:HHRMA is recognized as a non profit qualified HR Association with unparalleled professionalism ethics, credibility and resourcefulness.Mission:✓ Inspire members to participate proactively and exclusively and shows solid commitment to the Association✓ Offer activities which address the needs of the individual member and the association✓ Assist Manpower Dept. Tourism (PHRI) and Hotel Management by providing Human Resources services, i.e. consultations, labor law interpretations, assist in formulating new decree or labor law and or formulating thoughts in regards to Human Resources / Industrial Relations Strategies
