Hi-Finesse Music and Sound is a music company based out of Santa Monica, California, United States. We make music for motion picture and video game advertising.Founded in 2008 by Jez Colin, a veteran music producer and remixer, our goal was to bring cutting-edge sonics and previously unheard hybrid compositions to the movie advertising industry. Early credits include the first Thor teaser trailer and The Last Airbender Super Bowl spot. Since then, Hi-Finesse has contributed to over 1000 campaigns, including several of the biggest grossing movies in history, such as The Avengers, Dark Knight Rises and Iron Man 3.As an umbrella for a number of talented composers with a wealth of experience scoring movies, video games, T.V ads, and commercial music – our reach is broad but intensely focused on the specific needs of trailers. The Hi-Finesse catalog includes orchestral, electronic, rock-hybrid, acoustic piano and specialty FX based albums. We also compose custom music to picture.
