Higher Branches is a community space in Over-the-Rhine focused on revitalizing hope and faith through relationship. They are committed to unity and developing partnerships with other organizations and look for ways to support their efforts.Mission: We encourage people to experience and build a hope and faith-filled community. Vision: We enrich individual lives and mobilize change within whole communities. We are compelled by God's Word to remain in Him and sacrificially love one another. (John 15) We Value: Community, Freedom, God's Word, Every IndividualJohn 15:5, "I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing." In John 15 God invites us to do three things: Remain, Reach, & ReceiveHigher Branches is a place to experience: Remaining in Him, Reaching out Courageously, and Receiving GratefullyPerhaps it is through one another and experiencing community that we learn how we truly "remain." When we are in a place of remaining, we are prompted to reach out to others and share ourselves, lend a hand, share a laugh, give a listening ear, or share our talents with the world around us. It is in this "reaching out" that we "receive" in abundant ways that make life truly rich and fill us with gratitude..
