Higher Ed Associates is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to higher education – both helping educational institutions and the organizations supporting them succeed in the rapidly changing education arena and helping organizations develop talent through executive and professional education. Higher Ed Associates is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping those on front lines of higher education succeed. Some of our work is on the strategic level and works toward marshaling the organization's resources to ensure lasting success; some of our work is of a more tactical nature, aimed at solving a more immediate problem. Consulting clients include for-profit and not-for-profit universities, public and private institutions, continuing education units, business and other professional schools, associations, testing organizations, publishers, and investment firms. 2. Executive and professional development programs. Higher Ed Associates creates and delivers executive programs for clients – including colleges and universities and other organizations, from small not-for-profits to Fortune 100 organizations – throughout the world. Our programs focus in a variety of topic areas, including strategy, innovation, leadership, teams, communication, and creativity.
