Highrise Service Group was born in April of 2020 after finding a lack of professional services designed specifically for those who live in condominiums and apartment buildings. Not to say that these services didn't already exist, we found that four major things were missing:Proper Training: We've invested highly in the training of our cleaning specialists and in the products they use. Keeping both our staff and clients in mind, we use both eco-friendly and biodegradable products.Security: Your security is our priority. We've implemented multiple security measures to keep your mind at ease. Our cleaning specialists are vetted and background checked, are always in uniform, and carry an ID badge with their name, position, and a security code that will verify their identity as well as their clean criminal record.Technology: In a world where Amazon can deliver a package in less than 24 hours, we knew that we had to focus on adding technology to provide a better experience for our customers. We've built an online booking system and customer dashboard which allows our clients to make changes to their booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a press of a button. Although we've added technology to our services, we still have a phone number that will be answered by a human, not a robot.Insurance: Keeping your property and it's belongings safe. Our services are insured, bonded and our staff is covered by WSIB.
