The mandate of HCHRC is to offer health related services to the community surrounding the highway corridors between Mombasa and Malaba. HCHRC envisions a healthy highway community and its mission is to provide world class care services to long distance truck drivers and community surrounding the highway corridors in Kenya. HCHRC will offer leadership and management of HIV/AIDS and other common diseases through provision of preventive and curative services to the vulnerable groups. HCHRC's main target populations are the highway users, notably the truck drivers, turn boys. Secondary audiences include the surrounding population around the centers. The main target areas include Mariakani, mlolongo, Salgaa Malaba and Busia
