The boutique wine farm Hillock Wines, nestled in the fertile Dwarsrivier valley below the Towerkop mountain near the small town of Ladismith, has launched its first harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and a Hillock personality blend , Barrel Roll. Mark Carmichael Green is the Cellar Master, Duan Brits the winemaker and Riaan Steyn the viticulturist. Hillock Wines are produced on the guest farm Mymering. Owner Dr Andy Hillock, a retired surgeon from Port Elizabeth and keen guide on the farm's picturesque adventure trails. His wife Penny, an accomplished cook, are your hosts. Barend, Mymering's manager will see you to your accommodation shadowed by a pair of black king poodles!
