Hilton Garden Inn – Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk first opened its doors in May 2006. We are located at Milepost 1.5. The Hilton Garden Inn – Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk is unlike any other Hilton Garden Inn brand hotel featuring a historic fishing pier on property looking over the Atlantic Ocean. Our oceanfront hotel has 180 guest rooms all with private balconies, 90 rooms in the North Tower and 90 rooms in the South Tower. There are 60 oceanfront rooms (including 4 suites, and 4 whirlpool rooms), 120 side view rooms. There are also handicap accessible rooms, including roll-in shower rooms. Our oceanfront property, just 120 steps from the beach, boasts several great amenities for our guests including a Private Fishing Pier with Tackle shop on site, Fishing poles and beach chair/umbrellas available to rent, Indoor/Outdoor heated pools, Indoor Whirlpool, Fitness Center, 24 hour Business Center, Private Balconies, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Pavilion Pantry (snacks, drinks, sundries available for purchase), Vending and Ice available on floors 2-5 on both towers, Restaurant on site (Breakfast and Dinner year-round/Lunch is seasonal), Tiki Bar (seasonal), Room Service (dinner only), Complimentary coffee/tea available, Meeting Space (Ballroom, Pier House, and First Flight Boardroom), ATM, and coin operated Guest Laundry. Fishing pier access is complimentary for guests, non-guests must pay a fee and register with Pier Attendant. For guest convenience we have wheelchairs, walkers, bath seats, beach wheelchairs, cribs, and rollaway beds available for complimentary use.
