Himpunan Mahasiswa Fisika Teknik ITB (HMFT-ITB) is an Engineering Physics students association established on December 17, 1953. Distinguished by its blue color and pirate logo, HMFT-ITB envisions to:1. Nurture relation between students and alumni of Engineering Physics ITB2. Take part in the nation's development goals, including its educational missions.3. Ensuring the welfare of Engineering Physics students.4. Foster leadership capability from students through its development activities.HMFT-ITB has actively engaged and applying its multidisciplinary background to solve problems and create projects which fuse technology and education. Several notable projects and achievements which HMFT-ITB has achieved:- ITB INSIGHT, the biannual technology festival that aims to reinvent the introduction to science and engineering in creative and interactive ways. Consisted of national seminars, community development programs, competitions, and campaigns.- Published "Giant Leaps", the magazine aims to enlighten students with the current technology trend, along with the forecast of trends and possible innovations.- Technociety, the exhibition and seminar of Engineering Physics students from across the nation, aimed to introduce the innovations students have made and how each innovation will give impactful changes in Indonesia.- Internal development workshops and seminars to enhance students' soft-skill for future professional aspirations.This year, HMFT-ITB with its new chief and team are putting together programs under the tagline of "Revolutionary Innovation" to further nurture the spirit of innovations.
