We are one of the oldest owner- operated real estate firms in suburban Chicago. Founders, Al and Jean Koplin realized the growing need for commercial and residential development in the 1950's and built the distinctive properties which comprise the Hinsdale Management Corporation portfolio of over a million square feet of space. Our commercial, residential, and retail properties are still actively leased and managed by the Koplin family. Our mission is to achieve the highest level of service excellence at competitive rental rates. Our in-house team of leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and contractors are uniquely focused on serving our tenants' ever evolving needs.
