We are dedicated to discovering and showcasing works by bold, new female voices in contemporary visual arts. Peggy Guggenheim almost single-handedly shaped the landscape of the 20th century art. By meticulously discovering, collecting and promoting groundbreaking artists such as Jackson Pollock, Henry Moore, Constantin Brancusi, Picasso and many others, Peggy Guggenheim curated and shaped the aesthetics of her time, and much more than that - everything that artists create today, they create in the shadow of Peggy Guggenheim's work.With this web site, we are humbly contributing to the continuation of her legacy, as well as the legacy of all the great women of art, from Artemisia Gentileschi to Lee Krasner and Dora Maar or Milena Pavlovic Barili, whose names were unjustly left behind in the footnotes of art history.
