The development of a new software system became the pet project of Co-Founder, Paul McGeehan beginning in early 2011.The desire and goal of the software was to ensure that all customer information was maintained within one database, that the software would allow for excellent custom reports and that the system was user-friendly enough to handle simple data and object additions. The decision was to develop the software on top of Salesforce.com's Force.com platform.
