In 2009, Shogroup founded SEM (Shogroup Estate Management) and took over 19 luxury stand-alone and complex villas in Bali, Indonesia. By 2010, the portfolio incuded a further 12 villas and a boutique hotel located in Seminyak, Bali. Leasing and/or operating a multitude of high-end properties for the purposes of commercial tourism, most properties are villa and resort members of the Canggu Club, allowing villa guests total access to the club and its array of world-class international hospitality, sporting, recreational, and leisure facilities. After being rebranded as Hiraeth, the company sources, leases and/or operates a multitude of high-end tourism and leisure experiences across Asia Pacific trading as an exclusive real estate, hospitality, tourism, leisure, and experience business.Since inception, we have hosted and/or placed over 200,000 holiday and experience guests. On October 1, 2018 Hiraeth was absorbed under Shogroup Pty Limited and trades under its banner. Since then, Shogroup has entered into strategic partnerships, exclusive right agreements, and exclusive virtual joint venture agreements with some of the largest and most exclusive brands and operators of holiday, sports tourism, and hospitality experiences globally.
