Our site is updated as new members are added daily.With over 40 years of combined experience in the Long Term Care and Homecare industries, HireRT founders created an innovative solution to common problems found in healthcare:The lack of immediate access for Healthcare Providers to find PRN Respiratory Therapists 24/7.Respiratory Therapists needing to find flexible, PRN schedules.Maintaining clinical needs of patients without high costs of Full Time RT staff.HireRT was created to be that simple "Go-to-RT company" for you!Everyone has different needs at different times which is why having flexibility is the key – HireRT, we're here for you, the RT and Healthcare Provider.We only accept Respiratory Therapists with current, clear, state licenses that are at least 30 days from expiration and can be verified with the applicable state.State Respiratory License numbers will be on the RT Profiles and a copy of the license will be provided by the RT to the Healthcare Provider upon job acceptance.All RTs are Independent Contractors and not employees of HireRT. Payment arrangements are between both members, the Respiratory Therapist and Healthcare Provider.HireRT requires each member to agree to uphold the standard professional Code of Ethics as a condition to be in the network.
