("HEI") has participated as a full-service consultant and investor for historic rehabilitation projects ("Historic Projects") generating State Historic Tax Credits ("SHTC"). As partner and investor, HEI works with developers to optimize the SHTC. HEI has participated in over 140 Historic projects located in Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin representing qualified rehabilitation expenditures ("QRE") totaling over $1 billion.
