Have fun as Chef Vince takes you back in time to experience fine cuisine from France and Italy.I have been a chef for over twenty years, trained in the European styles, and I specialize in French and Italian cuisine. I have studied recipes and dishes from centuries ago, prepared by famous chefs such as Marie-Antoine Careme. Along with each gastronomic meal I prepare and serve, my guests get to experience a journey through time. Tasting the same dish that was served to nobles in France, czars and kings, or prepared from recognized head chefs of French chateaus creates an indescribable sensation. The dining experience I provide is truly one of a kind and is all about making a connection with my guests, or shall I say my new friends.
