Hitachi Automotive Systems Europe was first established in 1997 with the set-up of a factory in the UK. The business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. founded in Japan in 1910. The business has grown substantially over the past decade with our Regional Headquarters based in Schwaig, Munich and three manufacturing plants in Zatec, Czech Republic; Rosswein, Germany and Bolton, UK. The Company manufactures engine management systems for OEM's in Europe and we have sales and technical staff located across EU to support our customer requirements.
