HITEC has been headquartered in Gurgaon since March 2000 with branches in 4 metros. Its a group of 200 companies (IT, Telecom, Enabled Services) formed in Gurgaon/NCR Delhi to promote the growth of the IT, Telecom and Enabled Industries businesses in Gurgaon and NCR region. The forum has been acting as a catalyst to the State & Industrial Revenue Growth, Development of Gurgaon and its suburbs. It has facilitated more than 100 Global companies to open operations in NCR. The expert members of HITEC Forum has facilitated to the State Government as IT Visionary and Advisory. It has also helped Government to formulate the appropriate policies and thus create more jobs for the citizens. HITEC was also one of the visionary behind the growth of the less developed Gurgaon into a one of the best developed city with holistic growth path. HITEC has worked hand in hand with the Chief Secretary & IT Secretary of the Haryana State to help them draft the right and growth oriented policies to attract more investors in the state. HITEC has been at the fore front for a Triangular liaison between State Government, Academic Institutions and the ITES companies.
