HiTechZone is a incubator supporting the expansion of companies and teams offering technologically advanced solutions to China, Hong Kong and Macau.HiTech zones organized by Sunway-Network are places to do business both aimed at designing new technological solutions in a favorable environment, as well as introducing to the Asian market existing-own services and technological products. Sunway Network – through a network of branches – runs coworking centers and individual offices as well as research and development laboratories, with the support of local development funds in the following cities: Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong. Project participants will have the right to use all these locations and the support of assistants residing there.During the introduction of technological companies into China, we care for the security of intellectual property, by registering them as companies with 100% foreign capital and registering patents and trademarks in the PRC.The support offered includes the following package of services:- Acquiring financing for expansion costs from public and private sources, both local and foreign.- Rent a company office and obtain a company address.- Assistance during the registration of a Chinese company with 100% foreign capital, bank account, company stamps.- Organizing accounting services and assistance during contacts with public offices.- Providing coworking spaces in all laboratories participating in the HiTech Zone project.- Assistance in applying for the registering of trademarks and for patent protection.- Organizing B2B meetings, roadshows, participation in trade conferences and fairs.The HiTechZone project is a private initiative – run by Sunway Network Co., Ltd. with headquarters in Hong Kong Cyberport and related entities.As a rule, companies participating in the project receive a standard grant covering the costs of selected items from the list entitled "Scope of support" and with a fixed period (eg one year).
