HK Process and Management Consultancy;is a consultancy company which cooperates with and embodies professionals with experience in various sectors, successful background, professional expertise and experience in management and other related fields such as Management Systems, Process Management, Lean Production, Lean Office Management, Supply Chain Management, Change Management, Institutionalization, Total Quality Management, Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Corporate Communication, Congress and Travel Organizations.We are producing tailor-made services to our customers in order to eliminate the challenges, obstacles and resistance they face when managing their processes with the aim of increasing productivity, profits and competitive edge, through different recommendations for solutions and different perspectives and by taking into consideration their competencies, capabilities and sector dynamics.In parallel with these services, in order to contribute to the country's economy and employment, each year we are providing process & management consultancy support for one year within the framwework of a certain program to one woman entrepreneur who set up her own business. As well as that, each year we are providing internship in an ongoing project and mentorship to one female student in order to support the women entrepreneurs and leaders of the future.
