Offer concept to commission services to machine builders and manufacturers who build in house custom equipment but lack controls engineering resources. For project work, will block out whatever time period is agreed upon and dedicate time to it and work as an integral part of the company with the benefit being that at the end of the project you can turn off the services until the next need arises. If the need is smaller in scope, more specific, can provide whatever resource you require i.e., PLC programming, HMI development or debug to name a few.The majority of work is with Allen-Bradley PLC's (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix/SLC500 and PLC 5), HMI's (PanelView Plus) and Motion (Kinetix 6000 and 2000). Have worked with GE, Siemens, Wonderware and Bosh Rexroth/Indramat servo drives and controllers. Have also worked on integrating GE Fanuc robots into automation projects and have done limited programming.
