HM Engineering (HME) is a fast growing company located in Los Angeles County, California. HME has delivered state-of-the-art engineering solutions for NASA, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the US Military, and the biomedical, film and consumer industry. HME's capabilities range from novel robotics, electronics & mechatronics concept design to high capacity manufacturing. HME has designed and manufactured high powered computing systems for autonomous, machine vision, AI powered platforms including rovers, legged robots, tanks and mil-spec robotic command stations. These particular technologies have been used extensively by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory over the past 2 years. HME's tech proved its efficacy at the 2020 DARPA Subterranean Challenge where NASA's autonomous robots took 1st place in the most prestigious robotics competition in the world. HME maintains several ongoing contracts with NASA/JPL into 2021. One of which is to design and manufacture mechatronics, payload delivery systems that are integrated with their autonomous quadrupedal and rover systems, including base mobility platforms ‘Spot' from Boston Dynamics and ‘Husky' from Clearpath Robotics. These payload systems enable autonomous deployment of military grade radio technology in GPS denied, complex, underground environments such as mines, caves, volcanic lava tubes and power plants.We problem solve!
