Furthermore, HWCC is a forum for Hmong entrepreneurs to discuss successes and challenges, offering support resulting in win-win for all of Wisconsin.Our Mission: To provide financial resources and technical assistance to business and community development activities that improve economic opportunities in low-income and underserved communities, with a special focus on Hmong and Southeast Asian communities.
