Hobart City Church of Christ is a family friendly Christian Church in the CBD of Hobart (Tasmania's capital city). The Church was established in 1872 and has been a witness to the Hobart community for just over 140 years. Originally meeting in the Christians Chapel in Collins Street, the fellowship relocated to its present site at Liverpool/Goulburn Streets in 1991. Our Sunday morning service is held at 10am and is a middle-of-the-road contemporary service, running between 60 & 90 minutes in length. Each service begins with some contemporary praise and worship. Every week we celebrate the gift of life through Jesus in our Communion time. A Children's program and youth program (Years 6-9) operate during the service. A Parents Room is also available, complete with audio/video feed. Our vision is to be the living presence of Jesus in our city.
