Hoda engage young people in the creative arts and educational activity activity using music and pictures. We have been making films for over ten years through an international network of professional artists and the wider community within Scotland. We work with partners from social, education and cultural sectors, varying in size and structure according to project. We developed a cultural education programme called Rock Opera to support outdoor learning for children with additional support needs combining music with geology. We developed digital content such as games, a film and an app to support this setting the music in stimulating and imaginative environments.http://www.rockopera.org.ukWe developed a pilot called Musical Monuments in partnership with Historic Scotland based in Edinburgh Castle in 2014. We also delivered Coronation Stories with the Cyrenians group and there is a a short animated clip called Stones & Thrones which you can view to get me of an idea of what we do. We also work with the BBC, Historic Scotland, Our Dynamic Earth, Scottish Storytelling Centre and Children & Families department of City of Edinburgh Council.
