Specific activities where Graeme has been a key participant are equally broad including design, operation, project facilitation and development, commercial, marketing, project execution and management, asset management and due diligence, and joint venture establishment. Graeme is a recognised leader in safety and risk management for the pipeline industry having introduced "fitness for work" to the industry along with other key practices. Graeme is a leading proponent of relationship contracting to provide best for project outcomes with particular focus on planning and risk mitigation to deliver excellent outcomes in a team environment. This broad expertise has been recognised with Graeme having individually or as project leader for organisations won nine awards in the last decade across all project activities.HPMS offers a wide range of services to owners, financiers, contractors and authorities in the energy sector with an emphasis on the upstream oil and gas industry areas of field development and transport infrastructure, particularly pipelines, and interfacing these aspects with the downstream industry. These services include feasibility studies, cost estimates, planning and cost control, design management, construction management, contract review, quality control, commissioning and establishment of operations regime. HPMS also has experience in project management with infrastructure projects outside the oil and gas industry.HPMS has a strong background in new and existing infrastructure review at project, operations and commercial levels. This includes due diligence for the potential purchaser or financier, feasibility studies from the early conceptual stage through design to project financing, and development of energy projects. HPMS emphasis is on adding value to all parties in its evaluation.At HPMS the emphasis is on safe, fitness for purpose, cost effective projects delivered in a timely manner by utilising practical approaches to project establishment and implementation and development and review of new and existing infrastructure.
