Initially operating as a Sole Proprietor run by Charisse Neser, the business has grown substantially over the 12 months and has transformed into a fully fledged (Pty) Ltd company. At HPS we pride ourselves that we do business with the personal touch that is absent from so many companies, and that personal service is extended to companies and candidates alike.Our consultants are experienced in international as well as local recruitment. The two partners have worked as expatriates in the construction and recruitment sectors in the booming times in the Middle East and are well placed and experienced to source candidates for contracts and permanent roles internationally. Projects sourced for include multi disciplinary projects valued at US$ 27 Billion, US$ 22 Billion and US$ 15 Billion. With recruitment at this level we also have experience in dealing with all generalist human resources issues accompanying expatriation from around the world.We have offices in Johannesburg (Bedfordview) and Ballito Bay, and associate agreements with partners in Cape Town, Pretoria, Dubai and Hong Kong.
