Since then, Holland & Harley has built a reputation as one of the premier general contractors in the East Bay. He maintains a detailed task list for all current jobs and is intimately involved in the day to day field operations. Chip works with every member of the crew to maintain the culture of quality, honesty, integrity and respect in the company.
