Amanda feels privileged to support clients to reach their full potential and to improve their quality of life. Amanda has personally experienced the benefits of naturopathy in her own health improvement, which drives her desire to help others. She delivers compassionate naturopathic care, and seeks to understand the unique needs of her clients. With their permission, Amanda digs deep into current and past contributing factors to uncover the root cause of the client's current health concerns. She then provides realistic and individualised support to achieve their desired health goals.Amanda Hollstein does not follow a specific ‘diet' or protocol, and she does not subscribe to absolute ‘rules' about health. Amanda encourages clients to expand their current understanding of ‘health' and to consider how their amazing and complex body is responding to their current way of living, thinking and moving. Amanda works with each client to uncover their motivations for change, and together they develop a personalised and achievable plan to feel better.Amanda's mission is to simplify health for YOU.
