We are a locally owned and operated full service staffing agency. The company was started in 1976 by Martin and Beverly Holmes as a permanent placement agency. Steven Holmes worked in the company many years before taking over as President in the 1990's. Holmes Personnel provides administrative, commercial drivers, clerical, light industrial, skilled craftsman and professional employees to many companies in the Chattanooga and surrounding area. We provide these employees on a temporary, temp to hire, or direct hire basis, depending on the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on 33 years of solving our clients staffing needs.Our application has become streamlined over the years. All applicants are required to provide previous employment information for a five year span. Various skills test are given to applicants based upon the position applied for. Specific tests can be given at the request of clients. Once the application is completed, we personally interview each applicant. Before an applicant is considered eligible for a position, we complete a criminal record check and verify their past employment.
