Our ProfileHoly Name Retreat Passionist Center in Houston, TX is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) entity founded in 1946 and operated by The Passionists, a Catholic religious order of priests and brothers. We serve over 6,000 people each year without regard to race, religion, or socio-economic status.We offer twenty two (22) Catholic Weekend Retreats each year and one couple's retreats, (9) different Twelve Step recovery weekend retreats, nineteen (19) weekly one-hour Twelve Step Meetings for those recovering from addictions and a Hispanic Ministry Program.Mission StatementIn keeping with the vision of Paul of the Cross, Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center supports and encourages the great human and spiritual adventure: the discovery of God and God's loving compassion through Christ Crucified. Holy Name Passionist Retreat Center exists to provide hospitality, healing, compassion, and opportunities for spiritual growth for all people.
