Aditya is Business leader and currently a Member of the Board of Directors at FabIndia Group, OYO Hotels & Homes, Director at GreenCell Mobility, a pan-India shared electric mobility player, and an Independent Director at Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) International Airport. Prior to becoming a Board Member at OYO, he was also the CEO for OYO Hotels and Homes South Asia. He is also the Chairperson of the Social Enterprise Central body of SEWA. SEWA is a member based organisation of poor self-employed women from the unorganised sector. He is also a Member of the CII National Committee & Co-Chairman of CII National Committee on Skill Development & Livelihood focusing on key areas such as increasing employment and employability, creating inclusive workforce, policy advocacy, job creation and entrepreneurship and international mobility of skilled Indians.Formerly, he was the President & Wholetime Director of IndiGo for ten years where he was instrumental in turning the airline into the largest and most profitable airline in India, and also one of the fastest-growing low-cost carriers in the world.
