With a sincere love of animals, each pet and their owner is treated with the utmost respect and diligence. All of our groomers are trained and sensitive to specific grooming requests. We keep an updated record for each pet we groom, so we can fulfill the owner's requests.Our pet grooming process takes approximately 1 to 4 hours depending on the size, breed, condition of coat and temperament of your pet. We like to take the time to ensure a low stress experience for your pet by allowing for rest time during the process. Our goal is to give your pet the most comfortable grooming experience possible so they look forward to their next treatment.After pet grooming for many years in shops, vet clinics, and mobile vans, Jen adopted the "In-Home" way of grooming. Mostly popular in larger cities, like New York, this style of grooming does not require your dog to be taken and left anywhere; even out to a scary, loud van. Nope! They stay in the comfort of their home (usually in the bathroom). She found that after starting this the dogs were more relaxed and happier over all. The parents seemed satisfied and more at ease knowing she was just on the other side of the bathroom door (some even watch). The "In-Home" set up is quick, it takes less than 5 minutes and the room is cleaned when finished. It is fast, easy and you will be left with one clean, happy pup!
