Home Staffing Solutions (HSS), was founded in Gloucester Point VA, by a nurse with a passion for helping others. Owner, Sally B. Kenyon, has served communities in Hampton Roads for the last eight years in healthcare. During those eight years, Sally discovered that patients and families spend a lot of time learning a new language, the language of healthcare; insurance coverage & limits, new emerging therapies, referrals to specialists, new medications, and the politics of healthcare. All while juggling their job or jobs as they care for everyone in the family.HSS was formed to fulfill a community need, the need to facilitate the complexities of home care. We are dedicated to helping others feel confident that their loved ones are getting the best care possible. HSS is a Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) approved Consumer Directed Services facilitator for the state of Virginia. We are committed to the communities we serve by connecting families with;♥ Community resources that improve health, wellness, and fitness. ♥ Support for loved ones to safely remain in the home as they age or adjust to a life change.♥ Support for loved ones that are disabled and need supervision to lead active lives.♥ Support to navigate the many challenges to find the resources available to assist families.
