Home-Start West Lothian is a Volunteer Befriending Service. We recruit and train caring and dedicated volunteers, who all have parenting experience who visit vulnerable families with young children in their own homes. The families we support all have at least one child under 5 years. The volunteers offer emotional and practical support on a weekly basis. Support and Friendship for Families.
