Susan Jamieson, president of Home with You is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with a clinical certification in Gerontology. Susan follows patients in the Long Term Care industry and understands how important it is for some people to return home or when a long term placement is the best alternative. We provide 24hr service 7 days a week. In March we received our Elder Service contract.
