The Homeland Security Defense Coalition is seeking non-governmental project funding for our Homeland Security University project since October of 2001. The project consists of opening a total of 40 learning centers across the United States and 20 abroad in order to offer our counterterrorism training and education courses to prevent terrorist attacks. Our courses and programs have been designed by international counter-terrorism and anti-terrorism subject matter experts we have recruited over the last 13 years who have decades of field experience in preventing terrorism. HSDC will not accept government funding we are only interested in donations from private individuals, private industry and/or private organizations. Once our learning centers meet each state's educational requirements, we will move towards offering degree programs at our learning centers.
