Hometown Podcasts, LLC has been in the podcast business since March 2016. The company is headed by audio entertainment executive Bob Snyder, who for three decades led multiple sports radio stations, including ESPN Radio in Chicago and WTEM Sports Radio in Washington, and was the managing general partner of an ECHL professional minor league hockey team, the Miami Matadors, in Miami, Florida. A combined 35 years of producing media content, personality-driven events and digital entertainment is the background from which Hometown Podcasts began. Today, the company focuses on locally-oriented podcast publishing, company-branded podcasting, audio books and on-demand audio advisement.
